I wanted to take a moment to make people aware of issues we are having with customers canceling appointments. Sometimes these appointments are canceled last minute, day of, or not showing up at all. We absolutely understand that unforeseen things happen!!! However, please know that when you have an appointment and cancel with little to no notice... we make NO MONEY! We are a commission based business and only make money when we are productive. During this global pandemic we are only able to work on one customer at a time and with very strict guidelines. In these times our production has literally been cut in half.
Mia Bella has never charged a cancellation fee, but if we see issues like this continue we will have to incorporate a fee for cancellations within 24 hours of an appointment.  Please be courteous to your stylist!!! We always care and respect your time so please do the same for us💕

This little cutie came in today for his haircut before his 1st birthday party tomorrow! (Although this is his 4th haircut already and he’s only 1) He’s the best little client.
FYI.. They were the only ones in the salon at the time. We were safe, able to practice social distance and were not over capacity.
