(Excludes any extension services) The second raffle winner will receive something cookie related by Sugar Mere herself! Last year the winner received a cookie decorating party for 6 people so we are anxious to see what the prize will be this year!

Sugar Mere Two years ago Rooted and I banded together to collect donations for the local food bank and this year we are doing it again. We are donating to the Parkland Cares Food Bank and looking for donations the entire month of November preferably:Cereal
Peanut butter
Jelly
Canned tuna
Canned chicken
For every item donated you will receive a raffle ticket to be entered to win a full hair makeover from the owner of Rooted herself, Katelyn, OR a $100 VISA gift card and some holiday stocking stuffer cookies from me!
We are accepting donations from now until the end of November at either Rooted in Trexlertown or my house during cookie pick ups or appointments. Let’s make this month of giving a great one. (Disclaimer: This photo was from two years ago when we could hug without worries)

As Rooted continues to grow and the holidays around the corner, we would like to remind you of our policies and update you on a few changes! 🌱New Client Policy:
To book a color service, we ask for a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit will be taken over the phone at the time of booking and will be put toward your service after completion.
Cancellation Policy:
We ask for all cancellations to be made 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of scheduled appointments will be charged 50% of the service booked minus the $50 fee.
No-show Policy:
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service scheduled.
Late Policy:
Although your stylist will do their best to accommodate you, the salon reserves the right to refuse service and require a new appointment be scheduled if a client arrives 15 minutes past their originally scheduled time. Please give us a courtesy call to let us know you are running behind. With the holidays and inclement weather approaching, please allow yourself more travel time ❄️
